It is widely known that Thala Ajith, fresh from Siva's hit Viswasam, will star in her 59th film, which will be the official Tamil remake of Bollywood superhit Pink 2016, produced by producer Ace Boney Kapoor and Zee studios.
Directed by H. Vinoth after the success of Theeran adhigaram ondru, the film will ask Ajith to reproduce the role of Amitabh Bachchan, while Vidya Balan will play a special role. Rangaraj Pandey and director Aadhik Ravichandran are also part of the cast. There is now an update on the three main characters of the film.
The glory of Vikram Vedha Shraddha Srinath will embody the central character and the actress would have been selected after two auditions. Abhirami Venkatachalam, who was part of NOTE, and Andrea Tariang, who played Pink, will be the two other girls in the film, according to reports. The AK 59 will be screened in a month and reportedly announced on May 1st.
