Kochi's Kerala Blasters has signed the Northeast United Manipur Seiminlen Doungel striker.
Known as Len, Doungel scored a hat-trick for North East United against Chennayin FC last season.
He made his professional debut for JCT before joining East Bengal in 2011.
He then represented Palian Arrows during the 2012-13 season. Doungel then moved to Shillong Lajong in 2014 before signing for North East United in ISL in the same season.
