Sonakshi Sinha, accused of fraud, calls it "weird"

Actress Sonakshi Sinha reacted on Friday to fraud charges made against her by an event organizer based in Delhi after a police team of Uttar Pradesh had gone to his home in Mumbai to register his statement. The complainant alleged that Sinha did not show up for a performance for which she had been listed. She would have received 3.2 million rupees (171 509 dirhams) as a booking fee for the show.

On Thursday, police officials from Uttar Pradesh went to Sinha's residence, Ramayana, to record his statement. Sinha, however, was not at home. They had to visit him on Friday.

Sinha was last seen in the kiosk "Kalank" and the next star in the films "Khandaani Shafakhana", "Mission Mangal" and "Dabangg 3".
