Speaking at the conference, Alshehhi reportedly stated:
"We plan to connect the Indian city of Mumbai to Fujairah by high-speed floating trains, stimulate bilateral trade, export oil to India from the port of Fujairah and import surplus water from the Narmada River, and other GCC partners can also improve exports and imports. "
Alshehhi stated that even though the concept could become a "cool project", a feasibility study of the project had not yet been carried out.
