Alia and Tiger were choreographed by Farah Khan in this song, shot for four days at Mehbad Studios. Punit Malhotra, director, told Mumbai Mirror: "Alia and Tiger are incredible, their chemistry is hot. Since we had Tiger, it made sense to find Alia who was friendly despite being such a big star. I did not see anyone working so hard, I'm his fan.

The principal student, Alia Bhatt, who debated with the student of the year, has paired the steps with the last student of this dance number for the sequel.
