Soundarya announced on Twitter that the wedding festivities had begun. "#OneWeekToGo #BrideMode #Blessed # VedVishaganSoundarya #Family," she tweeted.
This will be Soundarya's second wedding. She was previously married to industrialist Ashwin Ramkumar and they have a son together – Ved. The couple divorced in 2017 by invoking irreconcilable differences.

A graphic artist by profession, Soundarya Rajnikanth directed his director's debate with Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone starrer Kochadaiiyaan. Vellailla Pattadhari 2, founder of Dhanush, is also the founder and owner of Ocher Picture Productions
Vishagan Vanangamudi, son of the renowned industrialist Vanangamudi, was previously married to Kanikha Kumaran. He runs a pharmaceutical company in Tamil Nadu. Vishagan has also appeared in a few films, including the Vanjagar Ulagam thriller in 2018.
