Harley was not seen or mentioned in the MCU after Iron Man 3., but to include it at Tony's funeral is a very nice touch – and one that shows the fun. impact that Stark had on the young man. In fact, now that he is growing up, Harley could possibly be a candidate to become the next Iron Man. It probably will not happen, but what a pleasure it would be. Whatever it is, the mystery is solved.
