Janhvi made his debut with the film Dhadak in 2018, a few months after the death of Sridevi. The film did a good job at the box office and the young actress was congratulated on her return to work just days after the loss of her mother.
Gunjan Saxena's biopic will be his next release. Gunjan had helped evacuate the injured Kargil soldiers in 1999. Despite the fire, Gunjan and Lieutenant Srividya Rajan had managed to bring the soldiers home. She was also the first woman to receive the Shaurya Chakra Award.
Angad Bedi was encircled for the role of Gunjan's brother, Anshuman Saxena, in the film. Janhvi and Angad were seen filming in Lucknow this weekend.
The film apparently finished filming the first program in Lucknow on March 2nd. For the second program, they will return to Lucknow in April.
