Much has been said about Shah Rukh Khan's "Don 3", with rumors that he would have left Rakesh Sharma's biography film "Saare Jahaan Se Achcha" to reflect the thriller dates of action.
Mid-Day ] reports that director Farhan Akhtar and producer Ritesh Sidhwani have quietly started working on "Don 3", which is expected to be rolled out by the end of the year in Malaysia.
A source told the publication: "Farhan and Shah Rukh were looking for an appropriate story to advance the franchise, and now they have targeted one. The development of the script will take a few months. Meanwhile, Farhan will shoot for his sporting drama, Toofan, while SRK will be occupied by the Indian Premier League.
The publication asks Akhtar if he will work on "Don 3", to which he replied, "I'm working on Toofan this year."
