The Supreme Court announced Monday that it could not restore order for the moment. the publication of a biopic on Prime Minister Narendra Modi while the Council of Censorship had not yet certified the film.

The Superior Court announced that it would hear the question tomorrow and that it could possibly make an order if the applicant recorded what the film describes.

A court chaired by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi rejected the applicant's argument, a congressional activist, that the copy of the film should be given to him.

"Why should we direct this individual a copy of the film," also said the CJI on the bench judges Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna.

"We fail to understand why such a directive must be given.
The film is not yet certified.

Senior defender AM Singhvi, appearing for congressional activist, said that the producer Sandeep Singh had announced that the biopic would be made public on April 11.

Taking note of his observations, the court stated that the producer may have published such a statement when it was published. April 11, anticipating that the film would obtain the censor's jury certification.

The court declared that there was currently no reason to act to challenge the film.
