Sushrii seduced the audience with her introductory song "Aila Re", purported to be the most anticipated song of the year, in the upcoming "Malaal". from Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Bhansali launched Karan Meezan Jaaferi in the love story, Bhansali Productions' first collaboration with the T series. The film was scheduled for release on June 28 but the date has been postponed to July 5, 2019.
