Varun Dhawan recently congratulated director Tushar Hiranandani after the broadcast of the teaser of his next film Saand Ki Aankh . Shortly after the tweet, Taapsee Pannu, one of the protagonists of the film, tried to shoot Dhawan's leg for forgetting to mention his name, as well as that of Bhumi Pednekar in the tweet, alluding to Rangoli Chandel's comments on it.

Many Bollywood actors had moved to Twitter to appreciate the work done by the main pair of Judgmentall Hai Kya – Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao after the movie trailer . Dhawan was one of the first to rent the trailer, but was followed by Chandel, sister and spokesman for Kangana Ranaut, who had failed to mention the name of the actress in her tweet . She also blamed Pannu for not naming Kangana in her tweet about the film and even called her a "cheap copy" of it. The filmmaker Anurag Kashyap chose to defend it, but Pannu ignored Chandel's words
Saand Ki Aankh is a biographical film about the world's oldest sniper, Chandro ( 86) and Prakashi Tomar (82). Besides Pannu and Bhumi, Saand Ki Aankh also includes the director Prakash Jha and the actor Mukkabaaz Viineet Singh, in key roles. Located in the hinterland of Uttar Pradesh, the film was shot on the ground at Meerut in February. Originally named Womaniya, the film was renamed Saand Ki Aankh as a result of a dispute over title rights.
The film is produced jointly by Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar. This will also mark the debut of the director of the writer Hiranandani, who wrote the dialogues of Main Tera Hero Ek Villain, and Half Girlfriend. It is planned to release this Diwali, with the comedy set of Farhad Samji Housefull 4.
Pannu was recently seen alongside Amitabh Bachchan in Sujoy Ghosh Badla and in Tamil. Telugu Thriller End of the Game It is also part of the upcoming space drama Mangal Mission .
