Actress Tamannaah Bhatia says she's bought a new home in Mumbai, but that she has not paid double the price.

It was recently reported that actress Tamannaah Bhatia had spent crores for an apartment ridiculously expensive to Mumbai. It is said that she had bought the apartment at Rs 80,778 per sqm in Versova, which is more than double the current rate in the region.
A source had stated that the building had 22 floors and that it offered a sea view on either side of the apartment. However, in a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror, Tamannaah had a funny response to reports that she was splurging in this exorbitant new house. She said, "Now, what am I saying to something like this?"
The actress Baahubali adds that even the Hindi teacher at his school sent him a text message asking for information on the latest acquisition. She replied, "I am Sindhi, how to pay double the price of an apartment?"

She added, "After a while, it became embarrbading because people kept asking him questions, I bought a house, but I did not pay double." and I will move into this one when the house is ready, I just want it to be a simple, artistic house with an earthy look. "
On the labor front, Tamannaah signed to play in the upcoming Bollywood film Bole Chudiyan in replacement of Mouni Roy. She will be alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the film directed by the brother of actor Shamas Siddiqui. Tamannaah said, "I was looking for a stimulating role and as soon as I heard this story, I knew I had to be part of it." It's also an opportunity to collaborate with an actor like Nawaz . "
