Tenet: All we know about Christopher Nolan's upcoming event film

Christopher Nolan is back after the epic of the war of 2017, Dunkirk. His next film is titled Tenet. In any film from Nolan, speculation has already begun and we can rest badured that the studio of his choice will make big marketing efforts: Warner Bros.

So, what do we know? We know that Nolan produces the film with his wife Emma Thomas through their production company Syncopy.

We know what the main cast looks like. It has several notable names as befits a Nolan film, and even that of India. Denzel Washington's son, John David Washington, who became known as a dramatist and humorist dramatist BlacKkKlansman, won an Oscar. He is one of the leading men.

The other names are Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clemence Poesy, Michael Caine, Kenneth Branagh and our own Dimple Kapadia. Pattinson also puts on Batman's cloak in the same studio.

Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh have already worked with the filmmaker. Caine played in Batman Begins, The Prestige, The Dark Knight, Inception, The Dark Knight Rises, Interstellar and even made a vocal appearance at Dunkirk. Branagh appeared in Dunkerque

The film is described as an event film, which can be said for virtually every Chris Nolan film in his post-The Dark Knight career. Hoyte van Hoytema, with whom Nolan also worked at Interstellar and Dunkirk, is also listed in Tenet. He turns the film on Imax and 70mm, the latter being the format of choice of Nolan.

Hans Zimmer, whose collaborations with Nolan are famous, do not mark Tenet. This is probably because he is busy with Denis Villeneuve's sci-fi epic Dune, which is also due out in 2020.

Ludwig Göransson, known for Black Panther, is Nolan's choice for Tenet [19659006] And the plot? The film is called "an epic action that speaks of the world of international espionage" and that's it. More details will come out soon since the movie started to shoot. It will be shot in seven countries, including the United Kingdom and India.

The release of Tenet is scheduled for July 17, 2020.
