The actor Bhojpuri Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirhua joined the BJP

Bhojpuri singer and actor, Dinesh Lal Yadav, joined the Bhartiya Janta Party Party (BJP) on Wednesday in the presence of Uttar Pradesh's chief minister, Yogi Adityanath, in Lucknow.

"I join the BJP and I will work according to the party guidelines," said actor Bhojpuri at the ANI news agency.

The actor said that he would fight the elections if the party decides to present it. He also won a second term for Narendra Modi as prime minister.

Dinesh Lal Yadav is a popular name in the Bhojpuri cinema industry. He is both singer and TV presenter. He was also a Bigg Boss 6 candidate in 2012.
