The Twitter account of veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan was hacked today, while the perpetrators of the cyber-attack completely altered his biodata; including his profile picture, his cover photo and his bio Twitter. Mr. Bachchan's profile picture has been replaced by that of Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan. Two different tweets were also posted, marking the prime minister of Pakistan with his photo, saying "Love Pakistan". The tweets were accompanied by Pakistan emoticons and Turkish flags. Bachchan's biography has also been changed.

At first glance, the piracy seems to have been carried out by one or more Turkish groups.

Another tweet posted by the hackers of Mr. Bachchan's account called to "condemn the behavior of the Icelandic Republic with regard to Turkish footballers".

"We speak softly but carry a big stick and inform you of the great cyber attack here," said the pinned tweet signed by "Turkish Cyber ​​Army's Tim Ayyildiz."

In another tweet, hackers have posted a link to an Instagram page, stating that they "were waiting for your support".

A Mumbai police spokesman said his computer unit was aware of the hacking and piracy. According to the PTI, the same group had already hacked the accounts of actors Shahid Kapoor and Anupam Kher, said the spokesman. PTI news agency.
