Although this is not the perfect ending that fans might have wanted, Tony's career in Endgame is still amazing and deserves recognition. He was fortunate to have a family and retired temporarily. He made peace with his father and he made sure that his closest friends and allies would not die under his supervision. Ignore all of this and sink into grief just because Stark has not aged with Pepper and Morgan is damaging his entire story.
