Kerala BJP leader PS Sreedharan Pillai announced on Sunday that the BJP was going to observe a fasting day on October 30 in front of the office of the deputy police general
Speaking to ANI, Mr. Pillai said that a six-day Rath Yatra would be organized from Kasargod to Sabarimala starting on November 8th.
"More than 4,000 innocent BJP will observe a fasting day in front of the DGP office in Trivandrum and go to the MS office in the other districts on October 30. On November 8, Rath Yatra will have 6 days of Kasargod in Sabarimala,
Taking the party of the Communist Party-led Kerala government, Mr. Pillai stated that party leaders were atheists and pledged to destroy the temple.
"The BJP decided to continue its action in favor of agitation. On October 30, Sabarimala introduced various types of programs against atrocities inflicted by the state government. The leaders of the ruling party are all atheists and have decided to destroy Sabarimala, "he added.
This comes after Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has declared that the statements of the Bharatiya party's national president Janata on the temple of Sabarimala in Kannour were contrary to the constitution and law of the country.
On Saturday, supporting the followers of Sabarimala who protested against the verdict of the Supreme Court, Mr. Shah said: "The government of Kerala is resorting to oppressive force against the faithful of the Sabarimala faithful.
