The captivating thriller of Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu will not let you blink

Badla with Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, seems to be an intriguing murder mystery, which was announced by the trailer Tuesday. Director Sujoy Ghosh, screenwriter and director of thrillers such as the series Kahaani and Ahalya is back in his comfort zone and is one of the best things about the movie. The character of Taapsee Pannu is accused of murdering his mistress. Lawyer Badal Gupta (Amitabh Bachchan), known not to have lost a single case in her 40-year career, seems to have rescued her. After listening to the story, Mr. Gupta raises three questions that disconcert Taapsee, who can only say that she is accused of murder.

Badla is the second film of Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu together . They had already been seen in the award-winning film Pink in which Mr. Bachchan played the role of Taapsee's lawyer. Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan also starred in Sujoy Ghosh's film Te3n directed by Ribhu Dasgupta.

Badla is produced by Gauri Khan by Red Chillies The film will also include Manav Kaul and Amrita Singh.

As for Amitabh Bachchan, the 75-year-old actor is currently shooting Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Brahmastra is a trilogy directed by Ayan Mukherji and produced by Karan Johar.
