At best, you thought that CIA supporters would like people to take the agency seriously. At worst, the CIA has been involved in many scandals related to torture, human rights abuses and domestic phone tapping. But in an apparent effort to humanize this image, the CIA's Twitter feed is resolutely turned towards the millennial joke. During the Oscars, that meant publishing a nerdy poll on Vibranium, the fictional metal of Black Panther
. #vibranium in the costume of Black Panther protects it from kinetic damage. Super silent and amazing shock absorbers for the jump.
