The deleted scene of "Game of Thrones" confirms the theory of Major Jon Snow Dragon

The last seasons of Game of Thrones gave rise to many shocking revelations about the Targaryen, Starks and rebellion that overturned the Iron Throne and the Westeros Kingdom for decades. And while fans are now experiencing Jon Snow's true lineage, the show still finds a way to sneak in some clever revelations.

One of these revelations comes from a clip removed from the premiere of the Game of Thrones even though the entire scene features on a behind-the-scenes star of HBO social networks. The clip takes place just after Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen have ridden his dragons, showing someone else taking flight for one of the creatures for the first time in the series.

"You completely ruined horses for me," said Jon. "It almost seemed like he knew where I wanted to go."

This last part did not appear in the show – probably because the actor Kit Harington slipped and fell on ice soon after – but that adds new wrinkles to the link between the dragons and the targaryen lineage that we did not know before.

This dialogue almost confirms what the fans theorized after many iconic scenes in the series, when Daenerys apparently summoned the dragons as he pleased. A scene of the watch shows her surrounded by the Sons of the Harpy in the Meereen fights and while two of her dragons are chained in the catacombs beneath the city, Drogon rushes in and saves her, the wearing at the shelter.

Jon's comments confirm that dragons are guided by a mental link. We know that the Targaryen are apparently the only ones capable of riding dragons, and the fact that he is the true heir to the throne and that Rhaegar Targaryen's son makes him capable of such an exploit.

"Only Targaryen can ride dragons, and that should be a sign for Jon," showrunner David Benioff said in the same clip, "It's very important to her when she finds they have a link with it, they allow it to be around them. "

The last season of Game of Thrones continues on HBO this Sunday.
