Mahesh Babu's 25th film, Maharshi, is getting ready for release on May 9th. The shooting of the film is in the final phase. Two songs are still to be kept. Meanwhile, the team starts its promotions from the end of the month.
The first song of the film, composed by Devi Sri Prasad, will be released on March 29th. The audio audition of the film will take place the third week of April. With Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde in the leading roles, Allari Naresh plays a key figure. "Maharshi" deals with the theme of farmers' problems and the link between three friends.
Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the film is produced by Dil Raju in badociation with Ashwini Dutt and PVP.
