Kim had confirmed during her interview with Vogue at the Met Gala that their baby, number four, was not born yet, after speculation raged earlier this week that the couple had already welcomed their new son- born. According to an article in E! News, Kourtney Kardashian revealed that his next nephew was expected during the filming of the Ellen DeGeneres Show. DeGeneres said Kim was supposed to be there, Kourtney explained that his sister had to rush to the hospital.
"My mother does not even know it, but Kim's surrogate mother started work, so she is in the hospital" revealed. Kris, who was completely shocked by the news, said, "No, what are we doing here ?! Come on Ellen."
Kim and Kanye had announced in early January that they were expecting baby number four, a boy, by substitution. The couple is the father of three children: Northwest, Chicago West and West. Kim recently launched a baby shower that was a themed party of the CBD and meditation. "Kim has always wanted four children and having two boys and two girls feels great," said a source to E! News. Baby number four will be Kim and Kanye's second boy.
