Drew McIntyre vs. Roman Reigns

It's finally here and on the biggest stage ever! Since McIntyre's return to WWE, he's on a slow road (too slow if you ask me) to become one of the top players on the main list. Once the world title is out of reach of Brock (you can do it, Seth!), Players like Drew McIntyre will qualify at the top. But to do that, he has to go through The Big Dog.

The Path of Struggle

On February 25, two weeks before Fastlane Roman Reigns returned to RAW to declare his last successful battle against leukemia. And oh my god, the pop that this man has received. Everyone loves the return, but with the stakes of this comeback being life or death, the feeling of seeing The Big Dog in the ring was amazing.

But Roman also came back just two weeks before the last PPV before Mania. Of course, they were NOT going to use Roman – I mean, it's Roman Reigns! – Thus, WWE organized another SHIELD meeting against a stable of random bad guys – Lashley, Corbin and McIntyre.

Fastlane happened as you wanted – the SHIELD boys coming first – but RAW McIntyre did not finish with them. Although Reigns was supposed to fight against Corbin in his first game after his single return match, McIntyre had other plans.

Before the match began, McIntyre attacked Reigns and chaos ensued. McIntyre continued to be a bee (they were in Scotland, no?) In SHIELD's cap until he officially challenged him to play WrestleMania .

McIntyre's promo was a little embarrbading (I'm not quite sure what I feel for him when he's talked so much about Roman's leukemia.) It's tricky because one side, you must but Although the heel works well, I suppose?), but Romain naturally accepted the job.

This is, honestly, the best scenario for both men. Especially if we consider both the lack of time to tell this story and the apparent inability of the WWE to write consistent scenarios these days. Who will win?

Roman is obviously going to win, but it's okay. He has just returned from his fight against cancer and, as cynical as it may sound, this triumphant comeback has finally made him the baby face that the WWE wanted him to be forever. And he should win. He can call himself the big dog as he wants, but he needs to recover in that position. When he left, many people intensified their efforts and he must remind the universe why WWE is his court.

And what about Drew? If Drew can survive so long as a team with Dolph, he can survive just about anything! I'm not kidding either. One of the reasons Drew was so slow at the top was that he was constantly placed in teams and teams without heart. I mean, come on, Lashley, Corbin and McIntyre? It was never going to work. Drew lost, but getting into a great fight as a true competitor in singles is actually a benefit. A defeat against Roman will not really hurt his rankings because, frankly, everyone will badume that he will lose anyway.
