The actor spoke of "Ladies Bhai" in his native language, Gujarati, with the cameraman in a 44-second video, subtitled in English. Penn stood as a boastful man boasting of a kiss that he shared with his neighbor next door.
A fan suggested including "Ladies Bhai" in "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah", to which the star of "Harold & Kumar" replied: "You are joking, but this goal is legitimate."

The producer of Taarak Mehta Ooltah Ka Chashmah Asit Modi has not been long in responding to the idea of Kal Penn and his answer is epic. He responded to the actor saying that he had an empty apartment next to that of Jethalal, which could be occupied by him.
