BHADERWAH, July 24: Scripting a narrow victory over the Bhaderwah cricket club, Masood Cricket Club won the title of champion of the first Doda Cricket Championship.
Masood beat the rivals by a narrow margin of 10 points in a tight fight.

The objective of the tournament was to give the opportunity to the players to show their talent and their reserve as likely for JKCA.
JKCA General Manager Ashiq Hussain Bukhari is the president of the first JKCA District Championships. , while the Championship was held under the supervision of Sham Saroop Kalsotra, Committee Member, JKCA, Jammu.
ASP Rajinder Singh was the main guest, who distributed awards in the presence of Sham Saroop Kalsotra, Chander Mohan Sharma, Rajinder Khajuria, CEO of Bhaderwah Development Authority, Ashok Kumar Kotwal, DYSSO Bhaderwah, Shabir Ahmed Tehshildar, Brijesh Sharma, SDPO Bhaderwah and Muneer Khan, SHO Bhadarwah. Coordinators of the Doda Bhaderwah District Tournament Organizing Committee and its executive members trained by the J & K Cricket Association were present on this occasion. The tournament was held under the general observation of former Ranji Trophy player, Shafqat Baba.
