Angle was general manager of Raw from 2017 to 2018 until c he is suspended by Stephanie McMahon and replaced by Corbin.
The Olympic gold medalist has struggled sporadically since losing his GM status, but has not fought a singles match since losing to McIntyre in November.

The last clash between Corbin and Angle took place during the preparation of the Crown Jewel World Cup tournament. Angle appeared in the ring disguised as El Conquistador and eliminated Corbin to win the qualifying match.
Strowman vs. McIntyre was also announced for the show and will be the first singles match between the two. Their alliance ended in October, but they have played only team matches since the split.
The last games announced for Raw were the women competing in the qualifying matches for the Tag Team Elimination Chamber match.
There are fourteen women in Raw's lineup, but only a few are part of established teams.
Here is the list of teams regularly seen on Raw:

– Bayley and Sasha Banks
– Natalya & Ronda Rousey
– Nia Jax and Tamina
– The Riott Squad
It is unlikely that Rousey will participate in qualifying matches for the current Women's Champion Raw, but she still has a chance to team up with Natalya.
However, Banks' status for the qualifying match is even more questionable after its post-match interaction with Rousey at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
The banks could still either lose a qualifying match because of Rousey's distraction or her quarreling start if she participates, but that's just pure speculation.
