France, July 10: Strangely enough, to avoid paying excess baggage charges, a Scottish father makes the # 39; unthinkable.

On a round trip flight from France, John Irvine (46), from Bearsden near Glasgow, was carrying eight kilograms of luggage instead of paying the extra weight fee. According to the rules of the airline EasyJet, the price of baggage amounts to 12 GBP per kilo, which means Irvine spending GBP 96 for baggage.

Irvine's son, Josh, began documenting his father's feat by starting to layer after layer. The check-in took place Friday night at the airport terminal in Nice, France. The total number of diapers was 15, including shirts and sweaters, until the baggage weight reached the acceptable limit.

The video was posted on twitter by Josh and has since become viral, attracting millions of views and gaining 28,000 likes. Apparently, when the recording staff asked Irvine if he wanted to pay extra, he replied, "Well, look good," he opened his suitcase and quickly wore about fifteen sweaters to reduce his weight. Few security personnel thought he was trying to smuggle something under his clothes, but Irvine managed to get out of it safely.
