Bharat had a good start at the box office. The film collected 42.30 crores of rupees during its opening day and became the biggest blockbuster of Salman Khan's Eid. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat presents the story of a man and a nation together. The film is a Hindi remake of the Korean film Ode To My Father . In addition to Salman and Katrina, he also plays a pivotal role in the key roles of Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Nora Fatehi and Sunil Grover.
