Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the film is a socio-cultural drama and highlighted the struggles of farmers. The Maharshi team is quite happy and director Vamshi Paidipally is currently on the moon.

The film's story revolves around Mahesh Babu who plays the role of Rishi. The actor in the film becomes a successful millionaire, but later he misses his life at the university, his friends Pooja Hegde, Allari Naresh and his parents.
