Four weeks have pbaded since baby Susbad was born. The parents, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been happy ever since. The royal couple was last seen at Trooping the color this weekend. It was the first time the duchess went out in public to give birth to the royal baby. But where was the baby Archie?
Apparently, Meghan was with Archie for most of the day, but when she and Prince Harry had to join the rest of the family for the parade, she obviously left him behind.
Now she is adapting to her new motherhood and, apparently, she is partly adopting an incredibly refreshing post-baby workout routine.
According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, Meghan is someone who likes to be in shape. But clearly, she is in no hurry to do so soon after birth. She would have taken the time to focus on the baby Archie.
Nicholl also told ET: "She was calm, and I hear that yoga is very much about her fitness program after birth, nothing too difficult."
