Roman Reigns is in the" islands "with his cousin. However, planes fly from Phoenix to Hawaii every day. It's even easier if your company has access to a private jet.
It is highly unlikely that WWE can make Roman Reigns physical at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, but it would be an event that could break the Internet for a long time.
In the meantime, it's nice to see that Roman Reigns is doing well because he can spend quality time around healing the family.
