The film Kedarnath by Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan is about to see the light of day. The film's teaser was released Tuesday and was welcomed. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, Kedarnath is the love story of a Hindu tourist named Mukku (portrayed by Sara) and a Muslim pithoo (bearer) called Mansoor (portrayed by Sushant), staging the devastating floods of Uttarakhand that left thousands of deaths 2013. Despite several discrepancies among members of the Kedarnath team regarding production problems and date problems, the images of the backtracks of the sets shared by Kapoor are worth checking out.
The poster of the film, in which Sushant is wearing Sara in her basket in the back, carries the slogan "Love is a pilgrimage". The long – awaited teaser of the movie recalled terrifying memories of the destructive floods of Uttarakhand. The exciting trailer also had a glimpse of Sara and Sushant's kiss, even as she was focusing primarily on the horrific tragedy.

The making of the film was tainted with several controversies, the director and the producer not being on the same page. The shooting of the film was also suspended for a few months until the problem could be solved. Meanwhile, Sara signed another big project with Rohit Shetty, titled Simmba. She will be seen in front of Ranveer Singh in the action movie. But Abhishek Kapoor would have sued her for breach of contract because she had given Simmba the dates originally indicated for Kedarnath.
The planned release of Kedarnath in June 2018 was delayed by about six months. He is now ready for release on December 7 this year.
