History (19659017) WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins recently spoke with The Independent on various topics.

Rollins stated that his goal was to be mentioned in the same breath as Brock Lesnar or Ronda Rousey.

If You Did not Know …

Seth Rollins is probably the most popular superstar of the WWE right now. . He had an amazing 2019 so far, winning the Royal Rumble match by eliminating Braun Strowman, of The Monster Among Men, and then eliminating Brock Lesnar from The Beast at WrestleMania 35.

Rollins is currently in a feud with The new acquisition of Phenomenal One and Monday Night Raw, AJ Styles, in what is called dreamlike rivalry.

At the Heart of the Problem

When meeting with The Independent, The Beastslayer praised the new generation of WWE champions and hoped that he and the other champions would one day separate from their own legacy.

Rollins added that his goal was to be mentioned in the same way as former Universal Brock champion Lesnar and former Raw Women's champion Ronda Rousey.

He concluded his statement by adding that it was nice to see regular wrestlers at the top of the main list.

It's a good thing to see the number of champions we have now. Hopefully we can create our own legacy so that one day we will be mentioned at the same level as Brock Lesnar or Ronda Rousey – that's the goal. So it's a good turnaround. WrestleMania has been an amazing event, and it's nice to see people cut off from my fabric getting what they deserve.
