"Total Dhamaal", Indra Kumar's multi-role comedy, has been in the news since the film's announcement. This is the third installment of the hit series "Dhamaal" without Sanjay Dutt. With this movie, Anil and Madhuri are gathered on screen after 17 long years. The film's trailer drew a lot of appreciation and the film crew spared no effort to promote their film.

And it looks like their efforts are working now. The film was shown in cinemas this Friday and collected about 16-16.25 million crore, according to the report on BoxOfficeIndia.com. This is the second largest opening of the year after "Gully Boy".

The report further indicates that the film recorded huge scores in Rajasthan, Bihar, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh.

This is also the best debut of Ajay Devgn. He left behind his previous film, "Bol Bachchan". The collections were recorded in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore were limited.
