Total Dhamaal Movie Review: Despite Star Power, it does not tick bones funny

Cinematographic franchises of all genres face the same challenge of finding that delicate balance between the old and the new. It is essential to keep the characters appreciated by the public, but the addition of novelty is also essential. Hollywood films like "Hangover" have had similar difficulties with mixed results. Of course, in this case, the film is obviously designed for the Indian family audience, who does not fear superfluous films. Director Indra Kumar, who belongs to the Formula Film School, knows her target audience and obviously designed the film based on what has worked in the past. Kumar begins with a percussive performance of "Paisa yeh paisa", with the main cast conscientiously shaking a leg filled with joie de vivre, then moving away quickly for a comic visit involving Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Mishra, Boman Irani and Manoj Pahwa at the game of cat and mouse.

Sometimes they succeed, but unfortunately, for the most part, they are the same old stuff that the director has at his fingertips (a return to the previous edition Dhamaal). The zoo's elaborate sequence with a sort of Animal Kindness Message (CGI) is designed and slides the movie.

The representations of the faithful Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey and Riteish Deshmukh are competent and pleasant, but alas. they have little to do. Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit Nene, two actors with a comic talent and a lack of time in comics, are lost in subscribed roles. However, having said that, I must admit that the conflict that united them made the audience laugh in the theater.

Personally, it was the voice of Jackie Shroff (as a GPS guide) guiding Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Mishra.

Since a stupid and stupid comedy has not been released for a while, I would not be surprised that "Total Dhamaal" is scraping the moolah this weekend and coming back soon with a new edition.
