The latest blockbuster film in Bollywood is the investigative thriller Badla directed by renowned director Kahaani Sujoy Ghosh, starring Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles. The film was produced by Shahrukh Khan's show Red Chillies.
The latest rumor is that it is planned to remake the film in Tamil and that the Tamil reproduction rights of Badla were acquired by G Dhananjayan, the latest producer of the film. Jyothika starrer, director of Radhamohan, Kaatrin Mozhi, again a remake movie (Tumhari Sulu).
It was also badumed that Trisha, fresh out of the success of his Jaanu number in the romantic hit of Premkumar 96, would have been approached to reprise the role of Taapsee in the film. An official confirmation is expected, and if these speculations prove true, it will be an interesting film to watch.
