In the middle of Akshay Kumar's current citizenship line, a social media user tweeted Thursday in reference to the actor's recent clarification that he claimed not to have come to Canada in the last seven years.
The social media user accused the actor of lying in his tweet of clarification and shared four screengrabs. Of the four screenshots, one of them is a tweet from popular singer Mika Singh. Dated March 9, 2014. The tweet said: "Gm. Organized a wonderful party with @akshaykumar @TheRajKundra @TheShilpaShetty, rahulkhanna #KishorLula in toronto ….."
The other two screengrabs, which are photographs of Akshay Kumar having a gala time, would have been pulled from Tina Vrimani's wedding sangeet at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Toronto, dated March 12 and 10, 2014 respectively, the user claims.
