Varun confirmed his relationship with Natasha during an episode of Koffee With Karan a few months ago. Facilitator Karan Johar asked Varun about her relationship with her longtime girlfriend, Natasha. Varun gave Karan permission to talk about his meetings with Natasha and also confirmed that he was blushing that the two were actually in a relationship. When asked if he planned to marry him one day, Varun responded in the affirmative.
