Now, according to the latest update, musical maestro AR Rahman has been invited by the makers to compose the music for Chiyaan Vikram's upcoming film.
According to a conversation with TOI, the creative producer of Vikram's upcoming film, Arun K Viswa, revealed that AR Rahman's name had been approved by everyone regarding the film's music. He mentioned that the Vikram film crew was reluctant to approach Rahman because the musical maestro is demanding on his projects. But, it turned out that he was warm and welcoming to the team. The creative producer mentions that everyone is delighted to have AR Rahman on his team.

The music of Mr. ARR. Ajay is also a big fan of Rahman. When the discussion about music began, we all unanimously pronounced the name of Rahman. We still tried and had the opportunity to meet him. He was very warm and down to earth. He really liked the script and took a week to come back. Finally, he accepted the project. While the rest of the distribution of the film is not yet finalized, the names of Ar Rahman and Vikram have been locked. The producer also revealed that filming would begin in the first week of September. The filming locations have been finalized and will include parts of Mumbai, Kerala, Chennai and Europe. The film's release is scheduled for 2020.
