Fire actress Sridevi and Boney Kapoor's daughter, Janhvi Kapoor, made their theater debut with Shashank Khaitan's Dhadak. His criticism has been hailed by critics and the public. She will be the next star in Takht's multi-stage Karan Johar alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar. Although she debuts in Kedarnath of Abhishek Kapoor alongside Sushant Singh Rajput, she also has another big budget film, Simmba, which is expected to come out just days after her first film.
Even before their official debut was announced, fans were curious to see Janhvi's acting talents, as they will now see Sara on the big screen. But a recent gesture from Sara left the fans wondering if it was her and not Janhvi, who had to play in Dhadak.
In an interview with Rajeev Masand of CNN News18, Sara was asked about her equation with her contemporary Janhvi. Sara said that she knew Janhvi even before they decided to dive in Bollywood and had only positive feelings about him. Sara then declared that there had never been any " no kind of strange atmosphere "in between, adding that she had watched Janhvi's first film, Dhadak. When asked if she was going to play in the movie at any point, Sara hesitated, burst out laughing nervously and said, "Haan? I do not know what you are asking me. "Do not do that … because my record was to appear confident and cool. you make me stutter … Anyway … move on to something else "she joked. As Sara moved on to the question in a few seconds, she neither denied nor confessed if she had to play in Dhadak, which certainly tarnished the rumors.
For the uninitiated, Dhadak was an official remake of the hit film Marathi Sairat, directed by Nagraj Manjule and released in July of this year.
