Being spiritual comes naturally to Shah Rukh Khan. So when a hotel greeted him with a plate full of pastries, specially made for him, it was time to turn his spell on.

Sharing a photo of pastries, accompanied by some of his popular quotes Shah Rukh Khan wrote, "Thank you Kolkata & thx ITC Sonar for years of hospitality. I would eat treats but it would be like "eat my own words", but I love them all the same. "One of the quotes read as follows:" Do not work, work yourself. Another said, "I really believe my job is to make people smile. "The joke said that one literally had to eat one's own words.

Shah Rukh traveled the country with his team Kolkata Knight Riders in the series in course of the IPL series. He was recently in Chennai for a match and met with Tamil director Atlee for a possible Hindi remake of the famous Tamil film Mersal.

The last release of Shah Rukh, his Zero home production, proved to be box office duper. The actor is said to have retired from a giant film, Rakesh Sharma's biopic, which many attribute to Zero's failure. There was a strong rumor that Ranveer Singh would replace him in Don 3, the third of the franchise headed by Farhan Akhtar. Farhan's sister, Zoya Akhtar, however, canceled all these reports.

However, as a producer, Shah Rukh continues to prosper. His production company Red Chillies Entertainment recently delivered a hit, Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu starrer Badla.
