Last night, Mahesh Babu announced his upcoming film Sarileru Neekevvaru which will be directed by Anil Ravipudi and which aims at the release of Sankranthi 2020. Since the movie's poster has come out, there is a huge debate about the composer of the film.
Although the poster does not have a composer name, Devi Sri Prasad talks a lot about it on Twitter, it's a direct indication that the composer will soon start working on this film. Although DSP is a concentrate of talent, his recent albums have impressed none, because they lack these tapping feet and moving songs. But he delivered Maharshi for Mahesh, F2 for Anil Ravipudi, so they certainly can not get rid of him for the kind of success they have claimed for these films.
While Maharshi Mahesh claims that the music in this movie is amazing, his fans himself now follow DSP on the network, asking him to give better songs at least now. Although the talented composer produces interesting background music, his songs are neither catchy nor reproducible. I hope that it will satisfy the fans of the superstar at least this time.
