Nerdist theorizes not only the fact that Jaime will kill Cersei – but that he will have to do it. Back in season 5, Cersei visited Maggy the Frog, a fortuneteller who had been right before.
Maggy had predicted that Cersei would be murdered by "valonqar", who is the great Valyrian for "little brother". Cersei thought that Tyrion was the valonqar . But it could be Jaime, technically younger than Cersei, even for a few minutes.
Cersei is currently pregnant with Jamie's child. This would make the situation even more emotional and dramatic if Jamie resorted to Cersei's death. And although it seems hard to imagine that Jamie is killing the woman he loves, he has already betrayed her technically by challenging herself to fight King Night. When asked why he left, Jamie cites "survival," so perhaps the same reason will justify his sister's murder.
That said, Jamie is not the only Lannister to have murdered his brother or sister. In the first episode of the eighth season, Cersei ordered the badbadination of her brothers: she hired a man to kill Jamie and Tyrion if they were to survive the war with the king of the night.
