Written update of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, March 15, 2019: The Bhallas are shocked to see Aalia talking to imaginary people

The last episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Aalia who is resting at home with everyone. She asks to go out to the movies, but Ishita suggests staying in the house. Ishita, Mihika, Aalia and Yug play Ludo. Ishita receives a call from her clinic and is getting ready to leave. Aalia suggests badociating with Yug's removal of Ishita to the clinic, which will refresh her. Ishita does not allow him to go out. Aalia reacts while everyone treats her like a patient. Ishita tells him to go to his room and rest.

Ishita tells Mihika to watch Aalia and Yug. Ishita throws tantrums and forces Yug to take her to the movies. After much reluctance, he accepts and goes out to check if anyone is in the living room. Seeing no one in the room, Aalia and Yug sneak out to see a movie. Upon her return, Aalia asks to eat in a stall at the side of the road. Yug tells him to wait in the car. He receives a call from Ishita and lies to him.

Suddenly, he sees that Aalia has disappeared. He finally finds her and sees her talking to someone. Aalia rushes to him and hands him a letter. She tells him that someone needs help and it is written in the letter. Yug is shocked to see an empty paper and Aalia talking to someone from the imagination. Ishita goes home to find Yug and Aalia missing from their homes.

Seeing Aalia hallucinate, Yug is in a shocked state of mind. Ishita continues to call Yug but he does not answer. Yug tries to distract Aalia, however, she does not seem to be able to leave her imaginary friend. Yug suggests to her imaginary friend to take her home. Yug calls Ishita for help. Ishita leaves with Raman and Ruhi. Once there, everyone is shocked to see Aalia talking to the imaginary person.
