Alpha Entertainment LLC plans to launch a professional football league in early 2020. While it has badured the company that these efforts would not detract from its interest in WWE, any misappropriation or perception of this diversion could have an adverse impact on our results of operations and could have a material adverse effect on the price of our shares. "
