Things in the Future Look Gloomy for WWE Champion AJ Styles With the Submission Machine Samoa Joe Prepares to Face It for the Title of WWE at the next SummerSlam. The Destroyer launched a vicious attack on the Champion to reveal himself as his next opponent for the title.

Joe started his night with another easy win on R-Truth. Later, WWE Champion AJ Styles came out on the ring with Paige, general manager of Smackdown Live, to sign a contract to defend his title at Biggest event of the summer ] SummerSlam. But just when he asked a challenger to fight, James Ellsworth decided to go out to put his name in the running for the WWE title

Perplexed Styles watched Paige dismiss Ellsworth for the break and he was ordered security to escort him out of the arena. But, Joe came out of nowhere to attack a distracted Styles imposed a heavy beat on the phenomenal. Joe locked a vicious Coquina Clutch on Styles, then signed the contract to deal with Styles at SummerSlam
