This week, WWE SmackDown Live was held at the Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio. This will be the resounding Fastlane pay-per-view (PPV) show that took place this Sunday night in Cleveland. WWE has announced several segments and games for the show. Vince McMahon spoke about his actions towards Kofi Kingston at Fastlane, while his son Shane spoke at Fastlane. R-Truth did not have the chance to participate in the US championship. Let's look at everything that happened on Tuesday.
Shane Launches SmackDown Live- Shane asks announcer Greg Hamilton to present him as "the best in the world". everyone in his life and wanted to hurt Miz after their match at Fastlane. He announced that he would face The Miz at WrestleMania 35 to award him "the best performance in the world".
The New Day immisces in the team match of eight men- The Hardy Boys, Ricochet and Aleister Black faced the team of Sheamus, Cesaro, Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura in a big team match. All the superstars did their best to outdo the ring. But Big E, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston ran into the ring and started beating all the teams that resulted in disqualification.
Randy Orton and AJ Styles Deal with Commercial Beards – They slowly progressed to this quarrel. But this Tuesday, everything was in suspense, Randy and AJ insulting each other. Randy dissected AJ's independent career while "The Phenomenal One" was talking about how he should win everything in his life while the "Viper" was looking for help from his father, Triple H, Ric Flair and Batista. AJ then challenged a match at WrestleMania against Randy.
Asuka beats Sonya Deville- In a very short game, "The Empress of Tomorrow" beat Sonya with her patented "Asuka Lock". After the match, Mandy Rose and Sonya quarreled.
Becky Lynch and Charlotte talk about their match against WrestleMania – Both superstars talked about their successes before WrestleMania. Charlotte argued that even though Becky was only six months old, she was the best in the women's division in four years. Becky said that Charlotte was hanging in the middle of the map before returning them to WrestleMania's main event.
Rey Mysterio and R-Truth defeated Samoa Joe and Andrade. It was supposed to be a United States Championship match against R-Truth but it was replaced by a team match between the four superstars. It was a quick match that we were waiting for from Andrade and Mysterio in the ring. Rey won his team's victory by pinning Joe with a small package. After the match, Joe attacked Truth and Andrade in retaliation for his loss.
Daniel Bryan and Erick Rowan defeated Kevin Owens and Mustafa Ali- Vince put Bryan in the game after a heated debate in Mr. McMahon's room. Mustafa was the underdog of the match after being severely beaten by Bryan and Rowan. Owens decided to enter the match without a tag and his introduction increased the pace. But Rowan slammed Owens into the barricade. Then Rowan and Bryan teamed up to beat Mustafa. Rowan won the match for his team when he pinned Ali.
Kofi Kingston baded by Vince – Mr. McMahon and The New Day are in the ring. Vince recounted how he had always applauded Kofi as a WWE member but did not consider him a major player in the company. He admitted that Kofi was better suited to a faction like New Day. Kofi then asked Vince what he had to do to win his WWE title at WrestleMania.
Vince announced that Kofi had to defeat Randy Orton, Samoa Joe, Sheamus, Cesaro and Erick Rowan in a tough game to win his chance.
