Today, at Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how Kartik and Naira are organizing a masked party to expose Puru Mama.
In the previous episode, we see how Naira reveals the dark secret about Puru Mama that makes Kartik enraged. Kartik comes to Mansi and apologized for not being a good brother to her. Kartik told Mansi that she should have taken him in his confidence and shared his sorrow with him. Nevertheless, he asks Mansi to help him bring the dark truth of Puru Mama to everyone. Mansi denied helping Kartik and told her that she did not want to risk her marriage in order to expose Puru Mama. She asks him not to let the truth come out because she did not want to dig old graves and let her life enter a storm. Later, the party begins and Kartik and Naira bring everyone together in a room for the masquerade party.
Everyone is excited to see the decoration while Naira asks everyone to choose a mask of their choice and start with their dance. Kartik and Naira had planned to trap Puru Mama by changing their partners and dancing with them. Naira told Puru Mama that she had found evidence against him and that she would reveal the mask with which Puru Mama had hidden her face. Naira tells Puru Mama that the women who would make her statement against him are waiting in the lawn. Puru Mama follows Naira on the outside, where he gets angry with her for his intelligence. Naira told Puru Mama that she had evidence against him. Puru Mama is trying to be too confident and blame Naira for aiming in the dark. She suggests to Puru Mama to confess her bad actions before exposing her.
She wanted to instigate Puru Mama so that he himself confessed the truth. Over the course of events, Puru Mama changed his confession and confessed that he had to bribe some officers to approve Illa's plan and expressed his regret about it. Naira shocked and Kartik is sad to see their plan fail but remains firm in his intentions.
