Today, at Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see the concern of families with regard to Kartik who is secretly canceling his marriage with Naira. Later, Naksh apologizes to Kartik after learning what happened.
In the previous episode, we see how Kartik feels guilty while Manish comforts him. Later, Kirti goes to the Goenkas while the absence of Kartik is flagrant. Suhasini gives the turmeric paste for the haldi ceremony and tells Kirti to go home and do the haldi ceremony. Naira, curious, asks Kirti if she is talking to Kartik or not, while Suhasini, Manish and the others are going to Singhania's to look for Kartik.
Naksh gets upset to inquire about Kartik's irrevocable absence. While Naksh was busy at Kartik, Naira arrives in the lobby and rages down the decoration. The two families wondered what was the reason for Naira's stress and learned that Kartik had departed from the marriage. Stressed Naira informs everyone of Kartik's arrival in his room and the announcement of the cancellation of their marriage.
Seeing that Kartik has canceled their marriage, Naksh is exasperated and will confront Kartik about his decision. Kirti stops Naksh and tells him that it was his fault and explains to him that because of his insecurities, she had ruined their lives. Here, Kartik feels guilty of hurting Naira while Naira performs a tandav in her room to rid her of her stress. Kartik comes home and apologizes to family members for his decision, but Naksh stops him and consoles him. Naksh is excused for his unreasonable behavior towards Kartik and informs him of the truth about his decision not to marry Naira. Naksh asks for a chance to rectify his mistakes and kisses Kartik with affection. Here, Rishabh consoles Naira and suggests to him to reveal his sufferings before him. Naira told Rishabh that everything was over between her and Kartik and that her decision was irrevocable.
